Journalist Anitha Pratap may quit AAP

The News Minute | June 16, 2014 | 6.47 pm ISTAnitha Pratap is the latest Aam Aadmi Party leader who has resigned from her key responsibility as the State Media Coordinator. Reports suggest that this senior journalist, who joined the party a few months before the Lok Sabha elections, may quit from the AAP soon. The buzz is that Anitha is put off that she was not assigned any responsibilities after the central leadership of the party met last week. Some also suggest that another prominent writer Sara Joseph was included in the Central Executive Committee and this did not go down well with Prathap. Anitha Prathap, who is currently in Tokyo has reportedly mailed her resignation from party posts to senior leaders. Recently, many national leaders of the party like Shazia Ilmi and Captain Gopinath recently quit from the party.
