A city-based fashion designer was attacked and robbed off her belongings on Indiranagar's 80 feet road in the wee hours on Saturday.

Shweta Singh reports for Deccan Chronicle that the woman was attacked on her way back from her friend’s house at around 1 am opposite DRDO gate.

The woman was reportedly dragged for about 30 meters by the unidentified youth on the ground when she resisted. He later fled in a car.

“While he was dragging me, I cried for help, but it only made him more aggressive. He dragged me further and fled with my belongings,” she told DC.

As a result, she sustained injuries on her shoulders and left arm. The woman later filed a complaint with Jeevan Bhima nagar police.
