Complaint lodged against Ivan D'Souza and Eshwarappa for their rape remarks

In the wake of the increasing rape incidents of school children, the two leaders had made controversial statements which were found to be encouraging rapists.“Ivan D’Souza and Eshwarappa have brought shame to women. They are encouraging crime against women and must face legal action,” they said in their complaint.
