Another complaint of sexual harassment against Igate employee

The News Minute | February 5, 2015 | 10.55 am ISTIT services company Igate is in the middle of another complaint of sexual harassment, two years after the company’s CEO was asked to leave on similar charges. According to a report in The Times of India, a former senior executive in the company Karetha Dodd has accused the company’s legal head Mukund Srinath of sexually harassing her. She complained that when he refused his advances, Srinath allegedly began penalizing her by withholding a promotion and also reducing her work responsibilities.In a statement, the company said that it had investigated the complaint made by Dodd and found it to be false and "baseless".Tweet
