The Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster Premam, which stars Naga Chaitanya in the lead, is gearing up for release in August. This coming-of-age love saga also stars Shruti Haasan, Madonna Sebastian and Anupama Parameswaran. 

Apparently, the film features actor Venkatesh in a special cameo. While the makers haven't spilled the beans about his role, it is learnt from reliable sources that the cameo doesn't feature in the original and that the makers have added it exclusively in the Telugu version. It has to be seen what role this will be and if it will appeal to the audiences.

Being directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film tracks the different stages of romance in the life of its protagonist.
