Written by : TNM

Simbu’s AAA, in which the Accham Yenbathu Madamaiyada actor has donned triple roles, is one of the most anticipated Tamil projects of the year. Having already impressed with two teasers, the film’s shooting is progressing in full swing and the makers are headed to Thailand very soon to commence the third schedule.

Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, director Adhik Ravichandran said: ““We will be shooting a fight sequence in a cave in Thailand. This is the first ever Indian film to be shot in those caves. Apart from that, we will also be shooting some pivotal scenes in the country. This schedule, which commences on March 20, will go on for 15 days.”

In one of his roles, Simbu will be seen as a 60-year-old character called Ashwin Thatha. He’s paired with Tamannaah Bhatia and Shriya Saran. The makers are currently on the lookout for the third heroine.

“We are yet to zero in on the third heroine. We are confident of finalising it in two to three days. Actors Mahath and VTV Ganesh will be part of Thailand schedule,” Adhik said.

Having gained a lot of weight for one of the roles, Simbu will shed most of it to play a much younger role than his real self. The film, which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, is gearing up for release later this year.
