'Baahubali' selected for screening at the Tribeca International Film Fest 2017

Baahubali has made it to the prestigious Tribeca International Film Festival 2017.

The news is that a Virtual Reality film – The Sword of Baahubali – was created by a team associated with the film and it has been selected for screening at the Tribeca International Film Festival under the category ‘Immersive Storyscapes and Virtual Arcade Projects’.

The 8-minute VR films will have Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tammannah in the cast.

While this is going on, the director is busy with Baahubali – the Conclusion’s post production.

The film is getting ready to hit the marquee on April 28, worldwide.

The Tamil, as well as Telugu versions of the film, will be out on the same day, according to sources.

With the first trailer out, news about its second trailer, to be out this month, has the fans excited.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film has music by MM Keeravani. Rajamouli’s father Vijendra Prasad has penned the story.

Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni have produced the film under the banner Arka Media Works.

Baahubali is one the most expensive films to be made in the history of Indian cinema and has turned out to be a mega grosser as well.
