Director AR Murugadoss will be working with Ajith after a gap of 15 years. The film titled ‘Rettai Thala’ will be Ajith’s 59th appearance.
Murugadoss debuted in 2001 with Ajith-starrer Dheena but since then, the two haven’t worked together. Murugadoss says that he had prepared a script for a movie but it didn’t materialise.
The director has reportedly planned to feature Ajith in dual roles. For this, Ajith will reportedly appear in a more youthful and stylish look.
It is estimated that the movie will be made on a lavish budget of over 120 crores.
Before ‘Rettai Thala’, Murugadoss will be doing his next film with Mahesh Babu, and the film is said to have a social message.
