A minor girl in Poltithippa village of Machilipatnam mandal of Andhra’s Krishna district on Friday filed a complaint that a man raped her early on Friday morning.

Ravi, the accused, is absconding, police said.

According to the complaint, Ravi, a tractor driver, used to harass the girl, said Machilipatnam Rural Circle Inspector AVN Murthy.
