Who Actually Restricted Bengaluru’s Protests?

Bengaluru Police cite a Karnataka High Court order to restrict protests to Freedom Park. But the restriction was introduced by the police themselves in 2021, when BJP was in power. Now, with Congress in power, activists are asking for the rules to be revisited.
