Results for Telangana state Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) results were released on Monday by Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU) on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). Students can download their rank cards for the exam at the EAMCET’s official website here.

To check your marks, visit the website and click on the download rank card option on the homepage. When prompted, log in using your registration number, hall ticket, and date of birth. Upon doing this, you will be able to retrieve your result.

It was earlier reported that the official EAMCET site was not working. In case students find any trouble accessing the page, they may check their results at manabadi.co.in alternatively.

The highest marks in Engineering have been secured by Kurisheti Ravi Sai Teja with a score of 95.48%. In the agriculture and medicine exam, Empati Kushwanth has got the highest rank with 97.94%.

This year, the test saw 2.17 lakh candidates registered, of which 1.42 lakh wrote the engineering exam, 74,981 wrote the agriculture and pharmacy exam, while another 235 students wrote both, reported Hans India.

In 2018, Telangana students bagged 8 out of the 10 seats in the EAMCET examinations. Ayyapu Venkata Phani Vamsinath of Hyderabad had secured the top rank in the engineering stream with 95.72% and Gattu Mytraya of Hyderabad secured the second spot with 95.6%.

In 2018, for the first time, JNTU conducted the EAMCET exams in online mode. Around two lakh students attempted the exam last year. The pass percentage for the engineering stream stood at 78.24% while for agriculture and pharmacy, it was 90.72%. The candidates need to score a minimum of 25% of the marks in EAMCET examinations in order to quaily for a seat.
