Welcomed into the party by state chief Tamilisai Soundararajan, this development will be the first time DMK cadres have joined BJP after a high-profile crossover made by former Union minister and DMK member N Napolean when he joined the BJP on December 21, reported Times of India. Napolean had joined the party when the BJP national president Amit Shah had made a visit to the state.
