"Not blood, but hot sindoor runs through my veins," Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared during a speech in Palana, Bikaner, marking his first visit to Rajasthan after Operation Sindoor.

Reaffirming India’s hardened stance against terrorism, Modi outlined what he described as three new principles guiding the country’s response to terror threats.“Operation Sindoor has made our position clear,” he said.

“One, any terror attack on India will be met with a decisive response—when and how is for our armed forces to decide. Two, India will not be cowed by nuclear threats. And three, those who support terror—be it terror groups or governments—will be treated alike.”

Lashing out at Pakistan, Modi said, “The game of state and non-state actors is over. India will hold all responsible. Those bullets pierced the hearts of 140 crore Indians. Those who tried to erase the sindoor of our sisters have been razed to the ground.”

Referring to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam that left 26 civilians dead, Modi revealed that Indian forces struck back by destroying nine major terror hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir—within just 22 minutes.

“The world saw what happens when sindoor turns into barood (gunpowder),” he said.

Continuing his critique of Pakistan, he added, “They don’t have the courage to confront India directly, so they use terrorism. But they forgot—Modi stands before you with a calm mind and a chest full of resolve.

”The Prime Minister also announced that seven Indian delegations, including political leaders and foreign policy experts, will soon visit different countries to expose Pakistan’s support for terrorism on global platforms.

“No talks, no trade with Pakistan. The only conversation will be about PoK,” Modi said. “India will not back down. This is our resolve, and no power on earth can shake it.

”Describing Operation Sindoor as “not revenge, but a new face of justice,” Modi called it the expression of a Samarth Bharat—a capable and unyielding India.

He ended by recalling a symbolic connection with Rajasthan: “Five years ago, after the Balakot airstrike, my first public meeting was in Rajasthan. Today, after Operation Sindoor, I return once again to this Veer Bhoomi (land of the brave).”
