The post further asks 'Merin Joseph IPS - How many likes for our new ACP of Kochi?'The post went viral and many men declared they wanted to be arrested asap by the new ACP. With things getting out of control, Merin Joseph was even forced to delete her personal FaceBook account.Merin Joseph was not posted the ACP of Kochi, but she was an IPS officer in training, then in Hyderabad.But, in a strange twist of fate, three months after the fake post went viral, Merin Joseph IPS has been posted as Assistant Superintendent of Police- ASP(Under Training) of Kochi Rural.
