The salary revision commission submitted a report to the Kerala government with recommendations to increase the pension age and salary range. Muslim League activists allegedly destroyed textbooks provided by SFI workers to school students in Malappuram district. Since the students did not receive text books even one month after the reopening of schools, SFI activists had taken the print outs of the text books and distributed them among the students.
