Mangaluru-Bengaluru trains to be affected till Sep 20 due to landslide clearing work

As the work of clearing landslides continues between Sakleshpur - Subrahmanya Road Ghat Sections over Mysuru Division, train services between Mangaluru and Bengaluru will remain affected till September 20.  

According to a release from Mysuru Division railway authorities, the landslide debris on the tracks has been cleared in 67 locations between Sakleshpur and the Subramanya Road Ghat section.  

As a result of the ongoing work, several trains stand fully or partially cancelled. 

List of trains cancelled:

• Train Nos. 16511/16513 KSR Bengaluru - Kannur/Karwar Express commencing journey from KSR Bengaluru on 15.09.2018 and 19.09.2018, will be cancelled.
• Train Nos. 16517/16523 KSR Bengaluru - Kannur/Karwar Express commencing journey from KSR Bengaluru on 16.09.2018, 17.09.2018, and 18.09.2018 will be cancelled.
• Train Nos. 16512/16514 Kannur/Karwar - KSR Bengaluru Express commencing journey from Kannur/Karwar on 16.09.2018, 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018 and 19.09.2018 will be cancelled.
• Train Nos. 16518/16524 Kannur/Karwar - KSR Bengaluru Express commencing journey from Kannur/Karwar on 20.09.2018 will be cancelled.

List of trains partially cancelled:

• Train No. 16575 Yesvantpur - Mangalore Jn Express commencing journey from Yesvantpur on 16.09.2018, 18.09.2018 and 20.09.2018 will be partially cancelled between Hassan - Mangalore Jn.
• Train No. 16515 Yesvantpur - Karwar Express commencing journey from Yesvantpur on 17.09.2018, 19.09.2018 will be partially cancelled between Hassan - Karwar.
• Train No.16576 Mangalore Jn - Yesvantpur Express commencing journey from Mangalore Jn on 17.09.2018 and 19.09.2018 will be partially cancelled between Mangalore Jn - Hassan.
• Train No. 16516 Karwar - Yesvantpur Express commencing journey from Karwar on 18.09.2018 and 20.09.2018 will be partially cancelled between Karwar - Hassan.
