

Internet sensation Nochipatti Thirumoorthy's recorded the song "Kannaana Kanney" from Ajith-Nayanthara’s Viswasam composed by D Imman and become a viral sensation within hours. Now Thirumoorthy has got an opportunity to sing in composer Imman's composition in his upcoming album, as promised by the composer.
He has been roped for a song in his upcoming album Seeru starring Jiiva which is directed by Rathina Siva. Imman tweeted:

Tirumurthy, hails from Nochipatti village in Tamil Nadu’s Krishnagiri district. Having lost his mother at a very young age Thirumoorthy did not receive any training in music. Yet it was said that everyone in his village love his singing.
Having watched Thirumoorthy's rendition of "Kannaana Kanney", Imman retweeted the post, asking to be connected with the singer. Soon after, the music director announced that he would be collaborating with Thirumurthy and gained appreciation from Twitterati.
The song "Kannaana Kanney" from Viswasam was crooned by Sid Sriram and has lyrics penned down by Thamarai. The song is a beautiful melody that portrays the love of father and daughter played by Ajith and Anikha.
Viswasam, directed by Siva, had Ajith and Nayanthara as the lead pair and marked Ajith's fourth-time collaboration with director Siva. Presented by TG Thyagarajan, Viswaasam was bankrolled by Arjun Thyagarajan and Sendhil Thyagarajan under the banner Sathya Jyothi Films.
