Actor-director Vineeth Sreenivasan is producing a Malayalam film titled Helen. The first look poster of film is out online and features Anna Ben of Kumbalangi Nights fame. It shows Anna as a waitress, holding a tray of food and drinks. From the title, one can assume that it will be a heroine-centric project. Debut director Mathukutty Xavier is not only wielding the megaphone for this venture but has also scripted it in association with Noble Babu Thomas and Alfred Kurian Joseph. Noble Babu Thomas is also playing the male lead in this flick.

Helen has Aju Varghese, Lal Paul, and Rony David Raj playing supporting roles along with a set of debutants. The technical crew of this entertainer will comprise Anend C Chandran of Premam fame for cinematography, Shaan Rahman for music and Shameer Muhammed for editing.

Vineeth Sreenivasan is producing Helen under the banner of Habit Of Life and Big Bang Entertainments. Aju Varghese, Dhyan Sreenivasan and Vishak Subramaniam will be distributing the movie under the banner Funtastic Films.

Anna Ben was seen as Baby mol in Kumbalangi Nights, acting opposite Shane Nigam and playing the sister-in-law of Fahadh Faasil in the film.

Meanwhile, Vineeth Sreenivasan is awaiting the release of Manoharam in which he plays the lead role. The film is directed by Anwar Saddiq. Manoharam is bankrolled by Jos Chakkalakal under the banner Chakkalakal Films. Besides Vineeth Sreenivasan, the film will have Indrans, Basil Joseph, Deepak Parambol, Hareesh Perady, Jude Anthany Joseph, VK Prakash, Delhi Ganesh, Ahmed Siddique, Nisthar Sait, Manju Sunil, Kalaranjini, Sreelekshmi, Veena Nair and Nandini playing supporting roles. Jebin Jacob will be composing the tunes for Manoharam with Sajeev Thomas, a former associate of maestro AR Rahman, roped in to compose the tunes and Nithin Raj for editing.

Vineeth’s last release was Thanneer Mathan Dinangal, directed by Girish AD. He played a schoolteacher with some mysterious traits in it, and got appreciated for the loud and mostly humorous character he portrayed.
