The trailer for the Priyanka Chopra-starrer"Quantico", the American TV show set to air later this year, has finally been released. While this isn’t the first time an Indian actor has starred in an American TV series, (Think of Dev Patel in "The Newsroom") it is most definitely the first time a Bollywood actress has played the lead role in an American TV series. Watch in the trailer as Chopra plays a FBI agent Alex Parrish who is blamed for being the mastermind behind "the biggest terrorist attack on New York City since 9/11". One certainly cannot ignore the amount of effort and accent Chopra has put into her role. In an interview with DNA she said that she did ‘Quantico’ to break Indian stereotypes and even worked with a dialect coach to get her American accent right.
