That’s about it.According to physicians in the Gama Filho University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the ‘sitting-rising test’ or SRT, which was first used to determine muscle strength of athletes, can determine how long you live.The test, according to physicians is easy and clearly, without a lot of fuss, mortality is determined. A study published in the European Journal of Cardiology in 2002 had results for adults between the ages of 51 and 80.
