The News Minute | August 12, 2014 | 04:58 pm ISTA Reddit user named AmalShookup recently uploaded a photo journal he claims to have made after their family's visit to a concentration camp used by the Nazis in Austria. The user writes, 'earlier this month I went on a trip to visit my 93 year old grandfather for the 70th anniversary of him being liberated from his concentration camp in Mauthausen, Austria".The photo journal gives an interesting insight into the workings of the camp from the point of view of his grandfather who had lived and survived the holocaust. The camp that was liberated in 1945 has now been turned into a memorial. The images of the camp taken during their visit comes along with descriptions and some riveting trivia. The journal also carries an excerpt from the author's grandmother's memoir on how she and the  user's grandfather were captured.  The photo journal is worth a watch and is a sort of a tour in itself, without having to visit the place in real. View the photo journal here
