The 55inch QLED TV is being sold at a price of Rs 84,990. There are two payment options. One is to pay the full amount while ordering, in which case, there is an additional Rs 5,000 cashback on your credit /debit card or bank account if the payment is effected through net-banking. The other is to choose an EMI option where you can pay Rs 3,541 over 24 months. Obviously, the cashback incentive will not be applicable in this case.
The USP of ‘The Frame’ television is that its screen turns into an art display board when not in use. It has sensors which will detect people in a room and switch on the art. When the room turns empty, the screen will switch itself off. There are 1,200 works of art collected from the world over and they will keep changing much like the rolling screen saver on your computer monitor.
The QLED technology itself has several unique features going with it to make the television viewing experience one of a kind. You have the Quantum Dot technology, offering a refresh rate of 120Hz. Most controls can be adjusted through voice commands and the television is loaded with both Bixby and Google Assistant and you can use either.

100% colour volume is touted as another unique feature, basically meaning that the picture quality can be expected to be superior. Apart from the other features, this Samsung The Frame QLED TV can play the Apple TV app too, if you have the subscription.
