After the launch of the OnePlus 7 Pro, the cheaper variant, the OnePlus 7 that was unveiled along with the OnePlus 7 Pro on May 14, 2019 will now be going on sale on June 4, 2019. The smartphone will be available starting 12:00pm on June 4 on oneplus.in, Amazon.in (only Prime customers) and in all OnePlus exclusive offline stores.

Additionally, pre-booking for the OnePlus 7 begins on June 7, 2019 in all partner retail outlets with sales commencing on these platforms on June 14, 2019.

The OnePlus 7, which is being seen as an upgrade to the 6T at almost the same price, features a faster screen unlock and a set of enlarged Dolby dual stereo speakers

The OnePlus 7 also features the latest and most powerful mobile platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and UFS 3.0 storage for a fast and smooth experience. The octa-core Kryo CPU processor runs 45% faster and consumes 20% less power than its predecessor. And the Adreno 640 GPU offers a 20% improvement in performance and is 30% more power efficient.

The Chinese smartphone maker has also added RAM Boost to the OnePlus 7 to offer a smoother experience. It is an intelligent feature that learns from your usage habits and pre-assigns available RAM to memory-intensive applications before you even open them. The OnePlus 7 will shorten loading processes and allow you to leave more applications open in the background without slowing down in performance.

The OnePlus 7 sports a powerful dual-lens setup. The main sensor on the OnePlus 7 features Sony’s IMX586, a 48-megapixel, ½ inch super-sized sensor with an aperture of f/1.7, and OIS and EIS. Its bespoke developed UltraShot algorithm acts as a powerful ally to the OnePlus 7, providing pictures taken with exquisite detail, better dynamic ranges and sharper appearances. It comes with two powerful features, HDR+ and Super Resolution.

HDR+ controls the exposure value of each pixel, allowing each frame to receive the HDR multi-frame synthesis treatment. Super Resolution extracts key information from multiple photos through a special smart algorithm and combines the characteristics of the subjects to layer the photo with detail.

The OnePlus 7 will be available in Mirror Grey (6+128 GB, 8+256 GB) and Red (8+256 GB) starting June 4 2019 starting at Rs 32,999 for the 6+128 GB variant and Rs 37,999 for the 8+128 GB variant.
