Here is a treat for all Yuvan fans. The audio for Raja Ranguski was launched on Thursday at Suryan FM.
The Tamil film is directed by Dharanidharan of Jackson Durai fame. The film stars Shirish and Chandini Tamilarasan in leading roles. The film also has Anupama Kumar in an important role. It marks the debut of editor Shafiq who has previously worked with Vivek Harshan. The role of ‘Ranguski’ will be played by Chandini. The movie is touted to be a murder mystery and crime thriller.
In March, it was announced that the audio rights have been snapped by Think Music India and Yuvan will compose the music, which raised the profile of the project. Suryan FM tweeted the song accompanied by photos of the cast and crew. Metro Shirish, Think Music and Sridevi Sreedhar also tweeted about the launch.

Yuvan’s magic is available on Saavn, Raaga and Gaana.com. The album includes 'Pattukutty' by Yuvan, 'Mr X' by STR, 'Kaadhal Gaana' sung by VM Mahalingam, 'Gift of Life' by Faridha and 'Shadow Theme' composed by Yuvan.
The production of the film began during the first week of January and was set to be completed in two months time. A few days after the shoot began, Pooja Devariya who was signed for the lead role was replaced by Chandini after the former fell ill, according to a Times of India report. It is a joint venture of the popular production houses Burma Talkies and Vasan Productions.
Shirish made his debut in the Tamil film industry with Metro, which earned him rave reviews from many critics appreciating his notable performance. He also received the Filmfare award for Best Male Debut-South. He will play the role of a villain in the Telugu remake of Metro.
