Ben Twist is just like any other pre-cusp teen, but with a subtle difference. He is autistic and was diagnosed with epilepsy when he was four.
He recently received a truly touching letter from his school -Lansbury Bridge at Merseyside- in UK, after he had appeared for his Standard Assessment Tests (SATs) exams.
His mother Gail Twist shared the same on Twitter to share her happiness in knowing that her son studied at a school which truly appreciates him for who he is.
Written on behalf of the Head Teacher of the school, the letter conveys to Ben "a very important piece of information that the said tests only measure a little bit of him and his abilities".
Wish there were more of such teachers in the world to make learning a truly inspiring affair!
