The Indian right-wing just loves Pakistan. If their statements are to be taken seriously, then members of Hindutva parties and outfits could be the best tourism ambassadors from India that Pakistan could ever have. Every time we say something the right-wing doesn’t like, we are told, “Go to Pakistan! Go to Pakistan!”So here at The News Minute, we decided to give you a list of things for which you have been asked to abandon your country and embrace the "enemy" state of Pakistan. If you eat beef, Go to Pakistan! This is the latest in the series of diktats asking Indians to cross the border.Recently, Minister for State Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, “Those who are dying without eating beef can go to Pakistan or Arab countries or any other part of world where it is available.”Don’t go by what he says, we welcome you down south to Bengaluru or Chennai where beef is allowed. If you are anti-Modi, Go to Pakistan!Last April, during the height of the pre-poll campaigning for the 2014 General Elections, MoS Giriraj Singh had a unique plan for those who wouldn’t vote for the now Prime Minister Narendra Modi.“Those who try to stop Modi have their eyes on Pakistan,” Singh was quoted saying at a rally in Jharkhand.  “In the coming days, there will be no place for his critics either in India or in Jharkhand, but only in Pakistan,” he said, just making his point clear. It has almost been a year since he came to power, and no, we haven’t come across the act of banishment as yet. Phew.If you are a Sindhi trader, Go to Pakistan! Before Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Babulal Gaur found himself in the bad books of feminist groups over his comment to a Russian woman about his dhoti, he didn’t really curry much favour with members of the Sindhi community either. After Sindhi traders from Bhopal protested against their re-location outside his residence close to two years ago, the BJP MLA threatened to deport them. “Stop shouting slogans or else you will be sent to where you are originally from,” he said.If you praise Pakistan, Go to Pakistan! This would seem to be the most logical reason thus far. Well if you like them, you should join them no?As it appears to be a water-tight theory, several leaders prescribed it to those attending their rallies. In March this year, VHP leader Sadhvi Balika Saraswati said that those who “eat and live in India and praise Pakistan should be hit with shoes and sent to Pakistan.”The Shiv Sena doesn’t seem to have much of a problem though. As of March, they only wanted AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi to pack his bags and look north-west.If you are a Muslim, Go to Pakistan!Actually, this would seem the more logical option. After saffron parties came under fire for “ghar wapasi”, there was a commendable effort to spin the situation and provide a rationale.Anil Singh, head of the UP chapter of the Shiv Sena said in December last year that Muslims could infect Hindu blood if they stayed for long in the country. The next step would be ghar wapasi, back to Pakistan. “We will not accept the re-conversion of Muslims to Hindus as is being practiced and propagated by BJP/RSS etcetera,” he said.No compromises here, a one-way ticket across the border if you’re Muslim.
