Why Chetan Bhagat was not amused by DD's tweet on Half Girlfriend

Can someone explain to me why official government owned channel handle has to tweet like this and mock my work? pic.twitter.com/tRfMPfeItN — Chetan Bhagat (@chetan_bhagat) December 8, 2014 This was tweeted by renowned author Chetan Bhagat who expressed concern in the motive behind targeting him and his book.  He was quick to respond to his dissatisfaction of the tweet. Dear @DDNewsHindi your staff has the right to their views but if they tweet them from your official handle doesn't seem appropriate.
