In what is being dubbed the first time ever, a Tollywood actor is doing a cameo in a Pawan Kalyan’s film.

Hailing from the Konidela family that comprises elder brothers Chiranjeevi and Naga Babu and nephews Ram Charan Teja and Allu Arjun amongst others, Pawan Kalyan never had anyone from his extended family make a cameo in his films so far.

But for Agnyathavasi, director Trivikram Srinivas has managed to convince the hero and roped in Venkatesh to play an important role.

Though nothing much has been divulged about this cameo role, we hear from sources that Venkatesh’s screen presence would be up to four minutes.

He will apparently appear in a fight sequence along with Pawan Kalyan and also has some powerful dialogues.

According to sources in the know, Venkatesh had allotted a three-day call sheet for the shooting and completed his portions right on time. With the director roping in another leading actor in Tollywood for this particular role, it is expected to be significant to the storyline.

Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, this action-packed entertainer stars Pawan Kalyan in the lead role with Keerthi Suresh playing his lead pair.

The star cast also includes Adhi Pinisetty and Anu Emmanuel in pivotal roles. Kushbhu is making a comeback to the Telugu film industry after a long gap as well.

Touted to hit the silver screens on January 10 as a Sankranti release, Agnyathavasi is one of the most expected films of the year. Anirudh has composed music for this flick and its highlight would be a song rendered by Pawan Kalyan.

In fact, this song is the latest addition to the album and wasn’t included in it during the audio launch that happened recently.
