From King Khan of Bollywood, to hundreds of Japaense, Russians, Ukrainians, not to mention the Indian diaspora, Thalaivar truly deserves the title. How do fans express their adoration to their Thalaivar? For starters, he is probably the only actor to have more than 50,000 fan clubs. Then there are pillow cases with his image on them, when a film is released people pierce their tongues for him, hundreds of people throng his house on his birthday, hoping to catch a glimpse of their hero. But there is no limit to imagination, and adoration. Bangalore, which has long had a vibrant Tamil communities, with sub-cultures of their own, also has its share of Rajinikanth fans. This unknown man’s bicycle was parked in a residential area of Bangalore.
