Malayalam actor Bhavana and Sandalwood film producer Naveen will get married on January 22nd. The wedding is scheduled to happen on that day at the Jawaharlal Convention Centre at Kovilakathum Padam, Thrissur.
Reports say that only family and close friends of the couple will be attending the wedding. Later in the evening, a reception for the newly weds will be held at the Lulu Convention Centre which film personalities and VIPs are expected to attend.
Naveen and Bhavana got engaged last year in March with their wedding slated to happen in October. However, the date was postponed.
Naveen and Bhavana began dating while working together in the Kannada movie Romeo which he had produced.
In her career spanning over a decade and half, Bhavana has starred in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films. She has won two Kerala State Film Awards, Kerala State Film Award – Special Mention for Nammal and Second Best Actress – Daivanamathil in 2005 apart from a host of other awards including the Filmfares, Asianet Awards, etc. While her last Malayalam film was Adam Joan in which she shared screen space with Prithviraj, she is expecting the release of the Kannada movie Tagaru next month. The film, directed by Duniya Soori and produced by KP Srikanth, has Shiva Rajkumar playing the male lead with Manvitha Harish in the star cast.
