Despite growing conversation about them, the Indian community does remain wary of the LGBTQ+ community.

However, one tends to forget that Indian tradition and mythology are full of references to gender fluid individuals.

A 3.47-minute video by Epified takes you through examples of gender fluid persons in Indian texts. 

For instance, Narada and Krishna often donned women’s clothing and took on gender fluid roles.
