The much-awaited teaser of Vijay’s upcoming film “Bairavaa” directed by Bharathan was released on Thursday.
Touted to be a full-fledged commercial film with a racy script, “Bairavaa” marks the third collaboration between Vijay and Bharathan. Unlike “Azhagiya Tamizh Magan”, the 2007 romantic psychological thriller, ‘Bairavaa’ promises to be wholesome entertainer this time. The trailer packs in action, peppered with Vijay’s punch-dialogues.
The shooting is going on at a breakneck pace and the makers are currently filming a song in Switzerland.
Besides Vijay, the film also stars Keerthy Suresh, Jagapathi Babu and Daniel Balaji. Music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, making it his first for a Vijay film. Cinematographer Sukumar, who impressed critics and audiences with “Mynaa”, cranks the camera.
With most of the project already wrapped up, the makers are gearing up for a Pongal release.
Bankrolled by Vijaya Productions, Sri Green production has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for an undisclosed price from Vijaya Productions.
