A video clip of four youths beating up a policeman in Chandigarh has gone viral. The boys in the video are seen asking the cop if he was drunk and were seen insinuating to the camera that the officer had misbehaved with him."Are you drunk? What is your name? Where are you posted?" one of the youths is heard asking him. Another policeman at the scene was attempting to get the situation under control but the boys wouldn't have any of it.Chandigarh SP (City) Parvinder Singh told Outlook, "We have not received (formal) complaint in this regard so far.
