US-based testing services provider Smart Software Testing Solutions Inc. (SSTS) on Wednesday announced a strategic investment in Bengaluru-based start-up Crowd4Test.com.
The company intends to integrate 'pCloudy' -- one of its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products -- and its Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered mobile app testing platform with Crowd4Test.com.
"The investment in Crowd4Test aligns with our focus of building all-in-one platform for mobile app and IoT app testing," said Avinash Tiwari, Co-founder and Director, SSTS, in a statement.
“By combining our mobile device cloud and AI powered App certification engine with 2000+ strong global community of testers at Crowd4Test, we are uniquely positioned to serve mobile testing needs for all segments of our customers from DIY to Real User Beta Testing and A/B Testing," he added.
Tiwari will also join the board of Crowd4Test.com as part of the arrangement.
Crowd4Test.com is building the SaaS platform for managed crowd testing and user experience testing.
Founded in 2015, SSTS Inc. is leveraging AI and robotics across its two products -- 'OpKey' and 'pCloudy' -- to provide testing services to enterprises.
Crow4Test has features which includes a crowd testing platform which lets you asses your app by end users before launching it. This helps in knowing potential users and market.
The Bengaluru-based startup also does automation testing, which is automating your testing operations for mobile app or even web apps to ensure quality.
Then there is performance testing, which lets you evaluate responsiveness and stability of your app to ensure you deliver a reliable product.
It also does defect management, team management, OTA build distribution and automatic crash logging.
