Sundeep Kishan is currently busy playing the lead role in Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene, which will also mark his debut as a producer. Sundeep had floated his own production house, Venkatadri Talkies, in association with Daya Pannem and it will be his first film under the banner. Caarthick Raju is wielding the megaphone for the project. The Telugu film will also be released in Tamil as Kannaadi.

The film will star Anya Singh as the lead opposite Sundeep. The others in the star cast include Posani Krishna Murali, Murali Sharma and Vennela Kishore. S Thaman is composing the tunes for this venture with PK Varma cranking the camera and KL Praveen editing it.

We have an interesting update about this movie and it is that directors Vi Anand and Karthick Naren and actor Malavika Nair will be making guest appearances.

The post production of this film is happening full swing and it is gearing up for release on July 12. Meanwhile, the title track, penned by stylist Neeraja Kona, has been receiving good response from film buffs and has upped the expectation levels for the film. Another number, ‘Excuse Me Rakshasi’ sung by actor Siddharth, is expected to be unveiled soon. On rendering the song, Siddharth was quoted by DNA as saying, “I always feel happy to sing a Telugu song. Telugu is one of the sweetest languages. When it is coupled with music, it becomes even sweeter. I have always shared a special relationship with the Telugu audience.”

He added, “The one reason I have rendered this song in Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene is my friend Sundeep Kishan. He is like a younger brother to me. He is producing a film for the first time and I wanted to sing a song for his first film.”
