The theatrical trailer of Padi Padi Leche Manasu has been unveiled a week prior to the film’s release and it is garnering enough attention already. From what it appears, the hero plays a local boy and the heroine a medico. The film’s background score and visuals deserve a special mention as well.

The Hanu Raghavapudi directorial Padi Padi Leche Manasu stars Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi as the lead pair. It is all set for release on December 21. A major portion of the film has been shot in Kolkata and Nepal where the last schedule of the film was canned.

Reports from Tollywood are that director Hanu Raghavapudi has etched out the characters of the lead pair Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi so well that it will be a completely performance-oriented role for them. The star cast also includes Murali Sharma, Suhasini Maniratnam and Priya Raman. Padi  Padi Leche Manasu is being produced by Prasad Chukkapalli and Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas. Vishal Chandrasekar is composing music for this venture. Touted to be a complete family entertainer, the film will have Sai Pallavi playing a medical student.

It may be noted that Hanu Raghavapudi’s last directorial was LIE, which hit the marquee in 2017. The film starred Nithiin and Megha Akash as the lead pair with Arjun Sarja, Sri Ram, Ravi Kishan, Brahmaji, Prithviraj and Brahmanandam included in the star cast. Made on a budget of about Rs 45 crores, it was produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara under the banner 14 Reels Entertainment. Music for this flick was composed by Mani Sharma with J. Yuvaraj cranking the camera and SR Shekhar editing it.

LIE turned out to be a box office dud following which the director is under pressure to deliver a hit.
