Tovino Thomas released the first look poster of the upcoming film Paapam Cheyathavar Kalleriyatte on his social media handle and wrote: “Unveiling an interesting first look poster of the latest movie #PaapamCheyathavarKalleriyatte starring Vinay Forrt, Santhy Balwachandran, Srindaa, Arun Kurian, Anu Mol, Tiny Tom, Madhupal Kannambath Sir, Alencier Ley... written & directed by Sambhu Purushothaman, produced by Sanju Unnithan (Spire Productions). All the very best to the entire team and looking forward to it. November Release.” 

From the poster, it can be deciphered that it will be a thorough entertainer. Starring Vinay Forrt in the lead role, the film is directed by Shambu Purushothaman, who last wielded the megaphone for Vedivazhipadu. Srindaa, Anumol and Santhy Balachandran play the leading ladies in this flick. Paapam Cheyathavar Kalleriyatte also has Arun Kurian, Anu Mol, Tiny Tom, Madhupal Kannambath Sir and Alencier Joy in supporting roles.

The technical crew of this film comprises Jomon Thomas for cinematography, Karthik Jogesh for editing, and Prashanth Pillai for music composition. Paapam Cheyathavar Kalleriyatte is bankrolled by Sanju Unnithan under the banner of Spire Productions. As revealed by Tovino, Paapam Cheyathavar Kalleriyatte is gearing up for release in November but the date has not been finalised yet.

Speaking about the film, its lead star Vinay Forrt had said in an interview to the Times of India, “The film is a comedic perspective of the dealings and happenings in connection with the Christian marriages in Kottayam. I play the bridegroom’s brother.” Revealing that each scene in the film was done in a single shot, he said, “Shambu is highly technical and there are scenes that extend to two and a half minutes which are captured in a single shot.”
