    1. Jail inmates in all 65 jails in Kerala will soon get personal email ids. New directive comes as part of the state government's e-literacy programme. Safiya murder case : The district sessions court in Kasaragod has sentenced a contractor, who murdered his domestic help Safiya, to death . The Kerala High Court has widened the scope of SC ruling on rape-case to include the most sensational form of rape cases - sex rackets. The ruling was given by justice B Kemal Pasha in a case where a minor girl from Kovalam was pushed into sex racket.
