Days after Allu Arjun announced his new projects and that shooting for one of his new films would commence on April 24, S Thaman has been roped in to compose music for the film. The movie will be directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
Thaman took to Twitter to reveal this update about the film. “My Second musical journey with #guruji #Trivikram sir. Can’t get a better opportunity to show my love and respect towards his brilliant writing.” Earlier, he had teamed up with the director to compose tunes for the Jr NTR starrer Aravindha Sametha. He also wrote: “And #radhakrishna gaaru @haarikahassine. My hattrick with our Very own #StylishStar @alluarjun. God bless.”

This is not the first time Thaman is working on a Trivikram Srinivas movie. Thaman and Trivikram created magic with Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, which released last year. The Jr NTR starrer went on to become a super hit film and much before the movie was released. Since Thaman has also worked in Allu Arjun’s movies previously, the expectations are high that that this album would also be a chartbuster.
The young composer has a slew of projects in his kitty -- Venkatesh-Naga Chaitanya starrer Venky Mama and Prabhas's Saaho for which he will be scoring the background music.
Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas share a good rapport after having worked together in Julai in 2012 and S/O Satyamurthy in 2015. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun's film titled Icon, was announced to commemorate Allu Arjun’s 36th birthday on April 8. Bankrolled by Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film will be directed by Sriram Venu of Middle Class Abbayi fame. Details about the rest of the star cast and crew are expected to be revealed soon.
It is already known that Allu Arjun has announced a new project with director Sukumar. The project will go on floors once he wraps up Trivikram's film. Touted to be a romantic action drama with a typical Sukumar-styled screenplay, the story would allegedly revolve around Sandalwood mafia.
