Marking the festival of Ugadi (Telugu and Kannada New Year), the makers of the upcoming magnum opus RRR released a new poster featuring Tollywood stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR. Sharing the poster on social media on Tuesday, team RRR wrote, “Wishing everyone a prosperous year ahead”.
In the poster, Jr NTR is seen wearing a white kurta and pyjama along with a shiny yellow shawl tied around his waist, while Ram is seen donning a white shirt and plain trousers with suspenders. We see the two of them being lifted by others in the poster, suggesting that it could be a still from the movie where the protagonists might be celebrating with others.
The poster was also shared by lead actor Alia Bhatt, director Rajamouli and Ajay Devgn, among others.

Earlier, a special motion poster unveiling popular Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn’s look from the movie was released by the makers on April 2nd marking the actor’s birthday. The enigmatic motion poster was well received by fans.
RRR is spearheaded by Baahubali fame filmmaker SS Rajamouli. Following the release of Baahubali 2 in 2017, fans expect RRR to be a blockbuster venture that promises a cinematic spectacle.
RRR is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment. The plot is set against the backdrop of the pre-independence era. The fictional story tracks the life of two revolutionaries. Ram Charan will be essaying the role of revolutionary Alluri Sitarama Raju, while Jr NTR has been cast as legendary tribal leader Komaram Bheem.
