Buckaasuura, which has RJ Rohit in the lead, is nearing the completion line. Interestingly, the lead star is also in charge of penning the script and had a tough time etching out its climax.

The entire team, including RJ Rohit and director Navaneeth were not sure about the climax as they had two different sets and wondered which one of it would go well with the audiences.

Finally, the Buckaasuura team decided to send both the versions of the climaxes to about 250 women and let them be the better judge.

Sources close to the film unit say that Buckaasuura is told from women’s perspective and the film ends with justice being done to a woman. Wanting to know how the women would perceive it, the team decided to leave it to them and have got the answer.

It may be mentioned here that a positive buzz surrounds Buckaasuura with Hindi dubbing rights have already been sold before its release to the leading production house Phantom Films for a considerable price and the filmmakers are on the verge of selling its Tamil and Telugu remake rights for a huge sum.

RJ-turned-hero Rohit plays the lead role along with V Ravichandran, as the main villain with the former also bankrolling the venture under his own banner,

Buckaasuura is a psychological thriller and is gearing up for release soon with the team working out on finalizing a suitable release date.

The film has been censored with the UA certificate and on this, its director Navaneeth has been quoted by the Bangalore Mirror as stating, “We are happy for getting a U/A certificate from CBFC with only three mutes and no cuts. We are planning to release the trailer in February. Also, we are happy that the movie has come out well. It will certainly entertain all segments of the Kannada audience.”
