
The News Minute | September 15, 2014 | 01:10 pm IST Andhra Pradesh is taking steps to ensure that e-governance shifts to the electronic format- this time the workings of the state cabinet has gone paperless. In what was just another meeting of the state cabinet on Monday, members were seen using tablets instead of the regular files and papers. The meeting conducted by Chief Minister and his Council of ministers is being called an e-cabinet. Lokesh, a Telugu Desam Party (TDP) worker who takes care of party duties, has given tablets to district leaders so that they can exchange data quickly and work efficiently.
