Kiccha Sudeep’s most expected film Pailwaan is nearing completion and the team has released the first look poster which has gone viral. Sudeep as Baadshah in the film is the talk of Sandalwood right now. Unveiling the poster on Saturday, Pailwaan’s director S Krishna tweeted: “To all my friends who has stood by me and to allllll Kichcha lovers, here is jus a peep into what my team n I Wil be offering... Much much more to come and u won’t be disappointed. With loads of love to all and @kicchasudeep lovers, #pailwaanPosterRageBegins (sic).”

Sudeep’s well-toned physique in Pailwaan proves that he has done a lot of hard work to get his look right. The star plays a professional boxer in the film and flew down to Thailand where he underwent rigorous training under the guidance of experts. Noted stunt choreographer Ravi Varma will choreograph the stunt sequences and reportedly has special plans in place for the scenes. The team intends to shoot a few action sequences and the climax block abroad for better quality.

It was earlier reported that Hollywood stunt director Larnell Stovall has been roped in to choreograph the boxing sequences. Though it is Stovall’s first time in the Kannada film industry, he is a well-known name in Indian cinema having worked in films such as Salman Khan’s Sultan, SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali and Akshay Kumar’s Brothers.

Krishna had wielded the megaphone for Sudeep’s Hebbuli, which released last year and was a hit, and is teaming up with the star for the second time. Bankrolled by the director’s wife Swapna Krishna and made on a high budget, Pailwaan will be released in eight languages, say reports. The film’s shooting is complete barring the climax portions, which will be shot in a few days, say sources.

Arjun Janya has been roped in to compose the tunes for Pailwaan while Karunakar will be cranking the camera.
