One of the most anticipated films ever since its announcement last year happens to be SS Rajamouli’s next. While the film from the maverick director itself is a big treat to expect, he topped it up with the news that it would feature the two hottest stars in the Telugu film industry – Jr NTR and Ram Charan Teja.

The film’s working title is RRR, which stands for the three Rs – Rajamouli, Ram Charan and Rama Rao.

The photoshoot of this film happened in the US a few months ago and now the director is busy with the prep work to get it on the floors. While every Telugu movie buff wants to know about RRR’s progress, we hear from sources that the shooting will commence in November this year.

Reports are that the team is planning it as a Sankaranthi release in January 2020 and that the shooting will be wrapped up on time. This means the director will be taking nearly a year to complete the shooting. Also, there were reports that the film would be a high budget venture with some media outlets claiming the budget to be close to Rs 200.

SS Rajamouli, who was busy with the magnum opus Baahubali for five long years, will finally move over to a fresh film set in a different milieu with RRR. Sources in the know say that Jr NTR and Ram Charan Teja will be seen playing brothers in the film and that the storyline would be gripping.

While the director is busy roping in top league actors from various film industries across the country, none have been finalised yet including the heroines. RRR, to be made on a budget of Rs 200 crores, will be bankrolled by DVV Danayya under his banner DVV Entertainments.

In the meantime, both Jr NTR and Ram Charan will be completing their current assignments on hand. With SS Rajamouli’s previous film, Baahubali, taking the Indian film industry by storm with its massive victory, it is yet another reason to await the release RRR.
