Three songs from the Abhishek Ambareesh’s debut movie Amar are already out and have been receiving good response from film buffs. The songs Marethu Hoyithe, Heege and Onde Aetige have been topping the charts and now there are reports that a fourth song from the movie will be out soon. And this song, featuring Abhishek and Darshan, will be in the Kodava language. The Joruu Paattu song has been rendered by Jassie Gift, with lyrics penned by Kiran Kaverappa and music by Arjun Janya.

The shooting of Amar has been wrapped up and the film has been given a UA certificate by the censor board. The film is gearing up for release on May 31 and the promos are happening full swing.

Directed by Nagashekar, Amar is bankrolled under the banner Sandesh Productions. The technical crew of the movie comprises Arjun Janya for composing music, Satya Hegde to crank the camera and Sania Sardhariya to design the costumes. The film has Tanya Hope playing the lead opposite Abhishek. A major portion of the film has been shot in Switzerland, we hear.

Darshan will be making a cameo appearance in Amar. Scenes involving him were shot for a period of three days and includes the Joruu Paattu song sequence. Sources say that Darshan’s character in Amar will be crucial and will bring about the turning point in the story. Scenes featuring Darshan were shot at various locations in and around Bengaluru, say reports.

Speaking about his role in the film, Abhishek had told in an interview much earlier, “I am passionate about motorsports in general. Bike racing is new and I am excited about this. I have been meeting experts and rallyists and understanding what it is to be on the track. I’m working on my body language and understanding.”
