Ever since news broke that Nivin Pauly and Nayanthara would be teaming up for a film for the first time, movie buffs have been waiting eagerly for every little info about the project. What is already known is that the film will be titled Love Action Drama and would go on the floors soon. Even though the shooting is yet to begin, the makers have managed to seal the deal for the satellite rights to the movie.

According to trade reports, private television channel Asianet has bagged the satellite rights for this film for a huge price, though the exact amount has been kept under wraps.

The project, which was initially slated to go on the floors in October 2017, was postponed due to some call sheet issues. Later the shooting was supposed to commence in April this year but there is a change in schedule now, according to the director. From what we hear from the director, it looks like the shooting for Love Action Drama will start in May.

Actor Aju Varghese will be making his debut as producer with this venture while it will be directed by Dhyan Sreenivasan. Dhyan is an established actor having made his debut with the 2013 film Thira, which was directed by his brother Vineeth Sreenivasan. He then went on to star in movies such as Kunjiramayanam, Adi Kapyare Kootamani, Oru Mukham and Goodalochana. His next film Sachin is due for release soon. Love Action Drama will be his debut directorial and he is currently busy with the groundwork for the project.

Meanwhile, Nivin Pauly will be wrapping up Kayamkulam Kochunni before hopping on to this project while Nayanthara is busy with movies such as Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Kolamavu Kokila and Kolaiyuthir Kaalam. With the satellite rights for Love Action Drama being picked up, the expectations on the film are high among movie buffs.
