Samantha likely to take a long break before marriage

With nearly half a dozen projects in her kitty, Samantha is working tirelessly to wrap up all pending work before her wedding to Naga Chaitanya this October. While she has already made it certain that she has no plans of quitting her career post marriage, it has been learnt that she might take a long break before the big occasion.

“She plans to take a month-long break before the wedding as she wants to be really involved in the preparations. Post wedding, she will anyways take a break to go on her honeymoon,” a source close to Samantha said.

Samantha has given all her filmmakers a deadline to complete her portions before August. Apparently, she wants to keep herself free from September. Among the projects currently in her kitty, she is mostly likely to complete work on Vijay 61 and Ram Charan’s next outing before the marriage on priority basis, as these are big ticket films. Her work on Telugu horror flick, Raju Gari Gadhi 2, in which she shares the screen space with her future father-in-law Nagarjuna, is almost over. Her other Tamil project, Aneethi Kathaigal, is currently on the floors and she hopes to wrap up her portion as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile, it has also been confirmed that Samantha’s wedding will take place within India. Naga Chaitanya in his recent media interaction confirmed that they won’t be having a destination wedding, contrary to some reports.
