Samantha Akkneni and director Nandini Reddy are basking in glory over the grand success of their film Oh Baby! The film has turned out to be a box office success with positive reviews pouring in.

According to reports, the actor-director duo is planning to team up again for a new project. It is still in the initial stages and more details are likely to emerge sooner. Interestingly, Nandini Reddy and Samantha have worked together in two films - Jabardasth and Oh Baby! – and their third venture together should put them on to the road of a hat trick.

Oh Baby! is the remake of the South Korean comedy-drama film that was directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk. Na Moon-hee starred as a woman in her 70s who magically finds herself in the body of her 20-year-old self after having herself photographed at a mysterious photo studio.

Samantha played the younger woman, and veteran actor Lakshmi played the woman’s senior self in the film. The star cast also included Rao Ramesh and Naga Shaurya in important roles. The film was bankrolled by Sunita Tati under the banner People's Media Factory and Suresh Productions. Mickey J. Meyer composed music for this film.

Samantha is busy with a couple of films in the pipeline currently. She has a cameo in the upcoming Nagarjuna starrer Manmadhudu 2. Samantha will also be seen in the remake  of 96 in Telugu. C Prem Kumar, who had directed the original version, is directing this venture as well, with Dil Raju bankrolling the project under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations.

The Tamil film 96 turned out to be one of the biggest hits last year following which its remake rights for Telugu and Kannada have been lapped up. The remake stars Sharwanand and Samantha as the lead pair.
