On September 13, Naga Chaitanya’s Sailaja Reddy Alludu and Samantha’s U-Turn would be hitting the silver screens. Being the most-loved star couple in Tollywood, fans have been terming this as Sam Vs Chai but Samantha had corrected them with a tweet that it will be Sam with Chai.

With that being said, Samantha was asked if her husband Naga Chaitanya had seen her film U-Turn, to which she replied in negative. With both the stars busy with promoting their films, they seem to have no time to watch the other’s film before the release.

U-Turn is a Tamil – Telugu bilingual directed by Pawan Wadeyar. It is mystery thriller that has has Samantha, Adhi Pinisetty and Rahul Ravindran in the lead roles. U-Turn is the remake of hit Kannada movie of the same name and is a heroine-oriented film.

Naga Chaitanya’s Sailaja Reddy Alludu is a Maruthi directorial. The film has Anu Emmanuel playing the female lead with the star cast also having Ramya Krishnan, Vennela Kishore, Kalyani Natarajan, Sharanya, Prudhvi, Raghubabu and Rahul Ramakrishna in important roles. While Gopi Sunder has been roped in to compose the tunes for this entertainer, the camera is wielded by Nizar Shafi.

It may be mentioned here that Samantha’s Tamil film Seema Raja, which has Siva Karthikeyan in the lead role, is also slated to be a Vinayaka Chathurthi release. Seema Raja is one of the most awaited films as it marks the coming together of the director and hero for the third time after the massive success of Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan.

This is the first time after their wedding last year, Sam and Chay are having their films released on the same day. With three films hitting the marquee on the same day, fans hope for a hat-trick from the star couple!
