One of India’s largest online Rummy platforms RummyCircle has announced popular Bengali actor Prosenjit Chatterjee as its brand ambassador. It also unveiled its new marketing campaign running with the name #BhorpurManoranjan, in a bid to offer a new experience to its players.

Prosenjit Chatterjee, who has spent years on the big screen and continues giving blockbusters in Bengali cinema, is also a big fan of the popular Indian card game rummy. He loves playing the game in his free time. "Bengali people have always been fond of card games and Rummy is one of the best entertaining card games of India. I am sure everyone will love this new experience of playing the card game online on with players from all over India. It is really great fun,” he said.

Prosenjit will begin appearing on behalf of RummyCircle across all media platforms beginning July 16, 2019.

The advertorial launched by the company highlights the pure fun factor in rummy. With different and varied skills required to play this card game, Prosenjit puts emphasis on the fact to enjoy the game equally. The game strikes a balance in being simple to learn and exciting to play. The card game is quite popular in south India and is now catching up in West Bengal as well.
